Do you have a physical office in Dubai?

No. Growzz is a remote-first agency headquartered in Spain (Gandía, Valencia) serving Dubai-based ecommerce brands. Our working hours overlap with UAE business hours, we run scheduled syncs in your time zone and we travel on demand for major launches or partner meetings. The trade-off is straight-up: lower overhead, senior operators, and no junior account managers shipped between rotations.

How do you manage time zone differences with UAE clients?

The CET / GMT+1 working day overlaps with GMT+4 from late morning through early evening UAE time. Daily comms run async (Slack, Loom, shared dashboards) and recurring syncs are scheduled within your window. Time zone has never been a blocker for ecommerce brands we work with — campaign optimisation is far more about cadence and discipline than location.

Which ecommerce platforms do you work with?

Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Magento and custom-built stacks. For Free Zone holdings with multi-currency or multi-jurisdiction setups we have direct experience with Shopify Markets, PIM integrations and multi-currency Google Merchant Center feeds.

Yes. We invoice from Spain (EU VAT) which is compatible with most Free Zone entities. We can adapt the contract structure to fit your accounting setup — including reverse charge VAT, USD invoicing or service contracts via a UAE intermediary if needed.
