What is Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is the leading email and SMS marketing platform for ecommerce, with native integration with Shopify and other platforms. It enables automated flows, advanced segmentation with predictive analytics and native attributed revenue reporting. Especially strong for DTC brands focused on LTV.

Does Klaviyo only work with Shopify?

No, although Shopify is its flagship integration. Klaviyo also integrates with BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce (via connector), Salesforce Commerce Cloud and custom APIs. For Shopify the integration is native and smoothest; on other CMSs it works very well but requires more setup.

How does Klaviyo differ from Connectif or Brevo?

Klaviyo is the best option for ecommerce with Shopify, advanced segmentation and when the main need is well-done email + SMS. Connectif provides CDP, web personalization and predictive AI (more all-in-one). Brevo wins on value-for-money for SMEs and native multi-channel (email + SMS + WhatsApp + chat). If you have Shopify, Klaviyo is almost always the bet.

How much does Klaviyo cost?

Klaviyo charges by number of active profiles in your database, and pricing scales with the size of the list. SMS is charged separately per message sent.
